A funeral service for Arkady will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at Nevsky Yablokoff Memorial Chapels, 1700 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Wellwood Cemetery, 1400 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
