It has a been a pleasure to meet Ceaser and his wife Edith. I met them in the supermarket one day while on duty as a loss prevention Sgt.

They both had their PD Portable and I was so curious to get me one too, we became instant friends. We'll the rest is history.

What Ceaser did with those radioed, was his passion, he was amazing with those radioed.

I will miss him so much, I used to call him at least once a week or maybe twice in a month, and we will chop it up for hours on the phone.

I would stop over now and then to check up on him. Ceaser loved to converse, he would do that all day if he didnt had other things to do...Lol! A very caring, loving and honest man he was.

He was so excited when I became a law enforcement officer, that it strengeted our brother to brother relationship. I can see his face as we speak, he spoken so elequently, one would think Ceaser went to Columbia University...Lo!

I love my brother Ceaser, I'll miss him dearly...He in a better place now, I guess with he sweetheart Edith...With his remaining family, I hope we can be great friends also.

What a man he was...God bless the family and keep on you all keep on being safe. Love one another, because when a person retires from this life, we can't hug them and hear them anymore, thats it.

A family is a group of people who want as well as choose to be together embraced by a bond so powerful and strong that not even the slightest test of trials or troubles can breach. God bleeding to you all. 🎈🌾⛅
