Daniel was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 3, 2001. He had recently
graduated from Stuyvesant High School and had been accepted to New
York University with the intention to major in computer science.
Daniel only walked this earth for 19 years, but his personality left
an impression on all those who met him.
He was a kind soul who loved his family and friends deeply. He was
able to find humor in any situation, and had a joke or two up his
sleeve to provide laughter to those around him.
He loved many genres of music, and was fascinated by non-traditional
musical structures and forms.
He enjoyed a good movie and could spend hours analyzing the films he’d seen.
He had a knack for tinkering and used his talents to build PCs,
laptops, and streaming devices.
His greatest passion was programming. It came naturally to him, and he
was constantly learning and exploring new languages and technologies.
Daniel is survived by his parents John and Liliya and his sister Anna.
He also leaves behind his maternal grandmother and a large extended
family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Anyone who wishes to make a
