Aunt Ellen,

I'm having such a hard time putting this into words. You were more like my mother in law, than an aunt. Barrett has become your best friend and I'm going to miss listening to the two of you laughing hysterically in the back seat of the car. I'm going to miss our talks, dinners, and all of the advice you have given me. I promise to always take care of Matthew, Barrett and Uncle Frankie. I love you so much.

My dear sweet cousin,

So many memories:
Dancing in New York City, (when we were kids)
Dancing on top of John’s,
Stealing away at night,
Hanging with the gang,
Laughing on our trips,
The Golden Girls (you, me, Anita and Joanie),
Relaxing poolside,
You falling in,
But we saved you!

Wish we could have saved you now. But you said you were tired and just wanted to rest, so we honor your decision and hope you found your peace. You will be with me forever. My heart is breaking. I love you and will miss you more than you know. Rest my dear sweet cousin... all my love Micki.

I loved when you came out to visit-always so much fun. Only you, outside on a bench in 110 degree Arizona summer while everyone was gambling in the casino. The best potato latkes, eva.
Just an FYI, in case you thought otherwise, we are all really sad and you left a mark. Thank you for remembering Jake, Cole and Ali. You not only sent them a gift, but you always sent them their own cards with caring and loving words; that was the real gift, so thank you.
Here's an old picture Ali had at her fingertips, they were young, but picture is cute. First row: Jake, Riley and Cole- Middle row: Ali, Micki and Joanie and Top row: Gigi (Karen) Anita and YOU.
Love Sheree and gang:)
