I worked with Gene for 10+ years and it was a joy.  He always had a smile on his face and made everyone’s day go so easy.  His knowledge of our business was second to none.  He mentored myself and others with such professionalism in  making complex issues seem simple.  
He was always praising his family and appreciated each one as an individual as they were.  All his grandchildren were his pride and joy. He loved and adored his wife Christine and always spoke how well she took care of him.
We had a small group and we laughed as we worked.   Gene was a pure old fashioned gentleman and I’m going to miss his humor  and experience.
It will not be the same without his presence.
