A visitation for Frances will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM at M.J. Smith Sons, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Following the visitation will be a mass of christian burial at 10:00 AM at St Thomas Aquinas, 249 9th St, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
