Isabel Maria Pagán-Fraser

A visitation for Isabel will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Joseph G. Duffy, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. A visitation will occur Friday, September 24, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Augustine R.C. Church, 116 6th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217. An Interment will occur Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Resurrection Cemetery, 391 Sharott Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.

Isabel is survived by her husband of twenty three years Wilbert Fraser; her sons Arturo, Adrian and Leonardo born from the marriage with the late Luis A. Pagan who died in 1992; her daughters-in-law, Katia and Taisha; her grandchildren Luis, Michelangelo, and Diego; two of her three siblings, Gladys and Jorge Medina, and by an incredibly large and fun extended family. She was a loving, warm and kind person who always had a radiant smile and a passion for reading, drawing and scrap-booking. She will be missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
