Amanda - I will always remember the friendship that our moms shared together.   I appreciated our upbringing and what Park Slope provided for our families and all of their friends.  It was a place of art and creativity and acceptance.   
I still remember your building, your apartment, your room.   I remember walking through the streets with you.   I remember playing in the park.    And going to Seventh Heaven every year.   
I love that our moms looked alike and that I would mistake your mom for mine when I saw her on 7th Avenue.  
You will always have such a strong place in my memories and my heart.  My sister, I am here for you always.   And I know our moms are together again looking down upon us, always.   

Jessica was a fine artist, expressing joy and love through her art.  Her paintings evoked emotion and light through her abstract colorful, positive interpretation of the world. You couldn't help feel these same characteristics when in her presence. She was pure light with sparkling eyes and a constant radiant smile that uplifted those who were lucky enough to call her a friend. She was a true human being, loving mother, loving grandmother and a loving friend.  Love you Jess, with all my heart, kiss mommy and Dnynia for me, until we meet again. I'll think of you when I gaze at the diamond lit sky..
