I’ll always remember when started college and I called you on my first day after my first class and told you all about it. Then I called you after my second, and third, and fourth. And by the end of the week I called you everyday after every class while sitting in my car waiting for my next class to start. I remember you eventually told me to make some friends and talk to them instead, that made me laugh a lot and I’ll always remember how you always answered even when I annoyed you. And then after my second week had past you had called me to see how my classes were going. I’ll miss our endless conversations grandpa.

Grandpa, 
I’ll miss you every day. I’ll miss our weekly phone calls and I’ll miss calling you during my lunch breaks and talking about anything. I’ll miss calling you for advice and knowing you are only a few short numbers away. I’ll miss you emailing me random articles because you care so much. I’ll miss hearing you say you’re proud and you love me.  I promise to keep making you proud everyday. And I promise to always keep you with me. I love you so much grandpa.
