Julia Occhiogrosso (nee Esposito) Julia age 94, passed away at her home in Brooklyn, NY on December 19, 2017. Julia was born on February 18, 1923 in Staten Island NY, the daughter of John and Marianna Esposito. Julia served as an executive secretary in the Engineering department at the Western Electric Corporation during WW II. After the war she married the love of her life, Salvatore Occhiogrosso. In addition to raising two children, Julia was an accomplished homemaker. Julia was a very kind and special person whose highest priority was her family and was beloved by all. Julia is survived by her sons John and Benedict, daughter-in-law Carol grandchildren Christina and Nicholas, and several cousins nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Wednesday December 27, 2017 from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. at Cusimano & Russo Funeral Home 2005 West 6th St. Brooklyn,NY. Mass to be celebrated on Thursday, 10:30 am at Our Lady of Grace Church. Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery Brooklyn, NY
