Livia was a beloved wife, mother, nana and great nana who will be missed by all who knew her.
Livia was born on February 4, 1931, in Italy where she spent her formative years until the war led her to the U.S. at 16 years old. She learned a new language and worked in the garment district in New York City where she met a friend who introduced her to Ralph, and they married shortly after and settled in Brooklyn.
Livia spent decades as a devoted homemaker and mother, teaching her children about the importance of education and values and morals needed for success in life.
She loved spending time with her children playing games, watching favorite TV shows and was always there to offer guidance, support and encouragement no matter the challenges.
Livia is survived by her loving husband, Ralph, her children, Marianne and Louis, grandchildren, Michael, Jeffery, Steven, Jonathan, Lisa and Annemarie and her great grandchildren, Quintin, Alex, Arthur, Ellie, Mason, Lucas, Livia, Matthew, Jonny, Tommy and Anthony.
