Mike was a great colleague.  Smart, patient, and always there with a smile.  I'll always remember the kindness he showed me.  He will be missed.

I have worked with Mike Poz since 2011, and he was always willing to help.

My deepest condolences to the Poz family. Mike was an incredible man. I consider myself lucky to have worked with him these past few years. During that time, he became a mentor and a close friend. I will miss his wisdom and partnership and hope those close to him will find comfort in  the memories he left behind.

I worked with Mike at AIG when we were at 80 Pine Street for several years and I was the Supervisor in the Administration Department for the NY Region. Mike was always very helpful to me and the Region I supported. A humble and caring soul. May he Rest In Heavenly Peace. I mourn with you for your loss.

I've worked with Mike for almost 16 years at AIG. We worked in different IT groups but very often  worked closely on various projects. He was a very nice man, easygoing, dedicated worker, great tech, team player and a family man who loved his family, he always smiled. It was always pleasure working with him.

I've worked with Mikhail for over ten years at AIG. He was a wonderful man, caring and compassionate with a warm smile for everyone. He was easily one of my favorite people and he will be sorely missed by all of us.
