A funeral service for Raissa will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Nevsky Yablokoff Memorial Chapels, 1700 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Ocean View Cemetery, 3315 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY 10306.
