Scott Allan Hunter Jr.

The loving son to Scott and Cathy and devoted brother to Meghan.

He was grandson to Geraldine McNutt and to the late Frank and Barbara Ross, Patricia Ross and Harold Hunter.

He was the beloved nephew to Joanne and David Luna, Kim Leseberg and the late Denise Budde and cousin to Caitlin and Gabrielle Luna, Jenna and James Budde and Andrew, Alex, Adriana Bevilacqua and he was honored to be godfather to Vincent Bevilacqua.

Scott was born in Staten Island, NY and went to Holy Rosary Catholic School where he played basketball and was an altar server in the church. During the Summer, he swam on the Eagle Lake swim team where his family spent the summer in Pennsylvania. In 2006, his family moved to Stuart, Florida where he attended and graduated from South Fork High School. Scott later attended Indian River State College and obtained a bachelors degree in Business Management.

He began working for Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, starting as a Courier and moving on to become a Patient Transporter. Scott found his niche as an Assistant Radiology Tech which led to his aspirations to become a CT/MRI tech. Scott was in the midst of applying to Radiography programs when he received his brain cancer diagnosis.

Despite the challenging two-year battle with brain cancer, Scott exemplified continuous positivity and an enduring commitment to his family. His dedication to his job within the hospital remained, offering compassionate care to others even as he navigated his own health journey. His resilience, kindness, and positive spirit in the face of adversity will forever be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
