Dear Seymour,

I remember you fondly on this day, the anniversary of your passing. 
My heart is warmed as I recall our meaningful conversations, and your incredible generosity, sense of humor, and intelligence.

Thank you for being in my life, and influencing me as you have.

What a special man - loving husband, dedicated father, soldier, dear friend and fellow BC alumni.  Quick with a joke or a kind word to make one smile.  In his later years, he showed us his humanity by sharing those long-denied memories and stories; his generosity was a gift to us all.  The world is a poorer place without him.

Seymour with my daughter Emma, Passover 2016. He did some amazing magic tricks for her that night, and told us inspiring stories of his service in WW2, liberating the concentration camps.
