Vladimir Okhtenberg passed away on February 2, 2016.

Friends and family are to meet at the funeral home on February 4, 2016 at 9:00 am.

The Rabbi will start the service at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow immediately at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
