A visitation for Yakov will be held Monday, August 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Nevsky Yablokoff Memorial Chapels, 1700 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Salem Fields Cemetery, 755 Jamaica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208.
