Dear Hilda, Veronica, Emily and Iman,

We want to extend our most sincere condolences  to all  of you and your family for the passing away of Cherk, a truely generous and empathetic human being. I had the opportunity to deal with him so many times in the past and he was always such a kind and genuine person, trying his best to help and accommodate whatever he could. We are  honored and blessed to have known dad. He was truly a blessing in our life and we will miss him very  much.

Dear Hilda, Veronica, Emily and Iman,

Please accept our whole family's heartfelt condolences for your lost.  Restaurant Kam Fung Chinatown and Brossard were our favorites, and Chef Kwan will be deeply missed.  We will always be grateful for all the years when we shared dim sum with our elders parents to the family dinners with our grandkids now, Mr. Kwan made our many fine meals special by personally coming out to greet and wish us well.

Moreover, most thankful to Mr. Kwan continuously support years after years the many Chinese Hospital Foundation events, community centers, senior homes, and the many charitable organizations in need of donation of generous portions of food, roast pigs, dim sums every time delivered personally with a big smile.  The Chinese community are truly grateful for his generosity, support, kindness and decades of love for all of us.  

Dear God, please bless Brother Kwan for he has worked so hard all his life, laboured day and night, 7 days a week.  Bless his heart and soul and grant him peace finally.   Keep his Family in your care.
