It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Encarnita Xerri Garcia, who left us peacefully on January 2, 2026, at the age of 88.
Encarnita, predeceased by her husband of 34 years Angel, is lovingly remembered by her children Isabel, Robert (Aida), and William; her cherished grandchildren Eric, Tamika, Ryan, Jeremy, Adrian, Rosalie, Adam, and Will; and her treasured great-grandson Arlo. She is also survived by her brother José and his family, who will miss her deeply.
Encarnita lived life to its fullest. She had a passion for travel, loved to dance, and was especially well known for the incredible dinner parties she so generously hosted—bringing people together with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable meals. A truly thoughtful and generous soul, she touched the lives of all who knew her and will be fondly remembered for her kindness.
A private family visitation will be held at La Maison Darche, located at 7679 boul. Taschereau, Brossard, QC J4Y 1A2, on January 18, 2026.
