Born St. John’s, NL February 1, 1956, to Kevin and the late Regina Whelan. Passed away surrounded by the love of family January 30, 2018 in Montreal, QC. Celebrating Kevin’s life are his daughter Jessica, siblings John, Chris, Paula, Tony, Mike and their families. Kevin was predeceased by his sisters Regina and Janet.
