He is survived by his daughter, Yolanda Martinez of Rolling Meadows, IL; grandson, Daniel Contreras of Arlington Heights, IL; brothers, Candelario Martinez, Cesar Martinez, Guadalupe Martinez and Pifanio Martinez; sisters, Francisca Galvan and Anita Castillo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 5pm – 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A mass will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10am at Immaculate Conception Cathedral at 1218 E. Jefferson with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
