Alfredo was a man of many passions. Anyone who knew him knew that sports, especially baseball, were more than just games to him — they were part of his spirit. But sports were just one of the many things that brought joy to Alfredo’s life. He was a true movie fanatic. His favorite films weren’t just entertainment, they were moments to share, to talk about, to quote endlessly.
And then, there was the food. Alfredo didn’t just cook, he cooked with love, he brought people together around the table, creating memories long after the plates were cleared.
Alfredo also had a traveler's heart. He loved exploring new places, soaking in different cultures, and most of all, finding his peace by the beach. The ocean called to him — the waves, the sunsets, the sound of laughter carried on the breeze. Whether walking the shoreline or simply sitting in the sand, Alfredo found joy and calm in those moments, and he shared that joy with those lucky enough to be with him.
But perhaps his greatest accomplishments weren’t his hobbies or his passions, they were the roles he embraced in the lives of others. Alfredo was a devoted son, a caring brother, a loving husband, a proud father, and a doting grandfather. He was a loyal and generous friend. He loved unconditionally.
Today, we remember not just the things Alfredo loved, but the way he made us feel. We’ll carry his laughter, his stories, and his spirit with us — at the ballpark, during a movie night, in the kitchen, or watching the sun dip into the sea.
