Alfredo Ramirez Cortinas, 81, of Brownsville, Texas entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 in the comfort of Hospice care at Sunshine Haven in Olmito, Texas in the presence of his family.
He is survived by his wife, Celina Ramirez and his loving children, Alfredo (Courtney) Ramirez, Beatriz (Aaron) Ramirez, Ricardo (Liz) Ramirez, Leticia (Carlos) Hernandez, Sandra and Gloria Ramirez and 12 loving grandchildren.
Eternal gratitude is owed to Drs. Joseph Martinez-O’Hara, Ricardo Adames and Ricardo Paz-Fumagalli and the many loving caretakers who blessed him with their care.
A visitation will be held from 11am to 9pm with a recitation of the Holy rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista on Friday, February 3, 2012.
A chapel service will be held at 10 am on Saturday February 4, 2012 with a committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
