Alfredo "Freddy" Sosa, Jr.

Freddy enjoyed the outdoor life, fishing, and helping all kinds of animals. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Cleotilde Cervantes and grandparents, Serafin and Dolores Sosa.

Freddy is survived by his son Freddy Sosa III; parents, Alfredo and Chelo Sosa; siblings, Eddie, Martha and Sandra Sosa and nieces and nephews, Eddie Jr., Rachel, Becky and Taylor.

Visitation will be held from 1pm to 9pm with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm on Saturday, November 19, 2011 and from 4pm to 7pm on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10am on Monday, November 21, 2011 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1914 Barnard Rd., Brownsville, Texas with a committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Serving as pallbearers will be Freddy Sosa III, Eddie Sosa, Eddie Sosa, Jr., Russell McCarty, Rolando Garcia, and Edmundo Sosa.
