On the 24th of May 2023, our beautiful mother, Anita C. Garibay was called home to be with the Lord. She was the cornerstone of our family who never wavered in the face of adversity and extended a blanket of love that covered warmly many hearts. She shared with us a faith that continues to strengthen us. The love for her husband, 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren was limitless and fierce. She always said, "God, Family and The Dallas Cowboys is all she needed. She was our greatest teacher, our never-ending support system, and our best friend. You will now watch over us and continue protecting us as you always have. You now join our loved ones and become our newest guardian angel. Our love and our prayers are with you as we know yours are with us.
Anita is survived by her husband, Alfredo Gonzalez Garibay; her son Alfredo Castro Garibay; her son Jose Luis Garibay; her daughter Anita Garibay; her son Erineo Garibay; and her daughter Tina Marie Garibay; her sister Irma Izaguirre Villarreal and her sister Concepcion Flores.
