Araceli Pesina Castro

Araceli Castro, beloved mother of four and devoted caregiver, passed away peacefully on July 31,2024. She was 60 years old.

Araceli dedicated her life to helping others, working tirelessly for a provider agency where she found great fulfillment in caring for the elderly. Her compassion and unwavering dedication made a significant difference in the lived of those she served.

Araceli is remembered for her nurturing spirit, kindness and boundless love for her family. She is survived by her four children, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her legacy of love and selflessness will forever be cherished by all who knew her.

Araceli is survived by her: spouse, Guadalupe Castro; her children: Jose G. Castro (Santa Lerma Castro), Christopher Castro (Leslie Castro), Kasey Gonzalez and Deejaye Castro; her grandchildren: Joshua Castro, Jolynn Castro, Gabriella Castro, Briar Rose Castro, William Gonzalez, Matthew Gonzalez, Jezebel Martinez and Jahaziel Martinez.

Araceli was preceded in death by her parents: Guadalupe Garcia † and Andres Pesina †; her sister: Dora Martinez †.

A visitation for Araceli will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a Prayer Service at 7 pm in Chapel of Angels, at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
