Benito Lopez, 92 was called to be with the Lord, Monday, February 22, 2021 at Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was a devoted father, husband and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Heriberta O. Lopez and son Erasmo O. Lopez.

He is survived by his loving children, Amelia Barrientes (Joe), Emma Rodriguez (Joe), Celia Arenal (Mario), Jesus Lopez (Amada) and Ana Berta Banda (Felix); 12 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.

A visitation for Benito will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn. A chapel service will occur Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn followed by a burial at 11:00 am at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, Texas 78526.
