Beverly Carrasco

Born on July 14, 1948, Beverly lived a life marked by love, laughter, and deep devotion to her family. Her vibrant personality and joyful spirit could light up any room, while her infectious laugh, warm smile, and playful sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew and loved her.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Beverly loved playing lotería, trying her luck at slot machines, and enjoying board games with her grandchildren. She had a special fondness for frogs and collected them with delight. A devoted fan of Willie Nelson, she never missed an episode of The Young and the Restless and took pleasure in sharing her love of cooking with family and friends.

Above all, Beverly treasured time with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, relative, and friend whose home was filled with warmth, good food, laughter, and cherished memories. Her family was the center of her world, and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in their hearts.

Beverly is survived by her children, Gary (Claire) Harrington, Sheri (Jesse) Nieto, Elizabeth Carrasco, Julissa (Pablo) Bazaldua, and Jackie (Lonnie) Mayorga; her grandchildren, Norman Matthew Broussard, Bailey Garza, Garret Harrington, Gavin (Sandra) Harrington, Emily Bazaldua, Alyssa Bazaldua, Amanda Bazaldua, Victoria Salazar, Andrew Salazar, Jesse J. (Tania) Nieto, and Andres Nieto; and her great-grandchildren, Landen Harrington, Branden Harrington, Julian Nieto, Eli Nieto and Levee Nieto.

Although her presence will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in the many wonderful memories she leaves behind: the games she played, the meals she prepared, the music she loved, and the laughter that filled every gathering.

A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a prayer service from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

She leaves behind a family who will cherish her memory always and carry her love with them every day.
