With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, Blanca T. Stambaugh, who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the age of 95.
Blanca was the heart of our family, a woman of unwavering faith, love, and inner strength. She dedicated her life to her family, her faith, and the values she instilled in us. She is lovingly remembered by her five daughters: JoAnn, Irma, Rose, Mary, and Sarah; her 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life.
Blanca was always there when we needed her most, offering love, guidance, and words of encouragement. She lived her life as a model of deep faith, demonstrating the importance of placing God first. Her positive attitude and love of life inspired everyone she met, and her wisdom will forever guide us.
She enjoyed watching sports, her "novelas", gardening, and cherished the time playing games with her family.
Blanca's legacy is one of faith, resilience, and unconditional love. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Blanca is survived by her daughters: JoAnn Cantu (Arnoldo), Irma Jean Cantu (Alfonso), Rose Mary Galvan, Mary Flores (Arnold) and Sarah Salazar (Jose).
Blanca was preceded in death by her husband: Henry W. Stambaugh †; her parents: Alfonso Treviño and Angelita Saldivar †; her siblings: Jose Treviño †, Alfonso Treviño † and Lupita Treviño †.
Mrs. Stambaugh also left behind 11 grandkids, 25 great-grandkids and 6 great-great-grandkids to cherish her memory.
A burial of ashes for Blanca will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
