Carmen Sosa Torres entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 7, 2018 in Brownsville, Texas. Carmen was a volunteer at Amigos Del Valle. She loved her cats and birds. She is preceded in death by her husband; Carlos Saenz Torres, son; Elias Ramon Gonzalez, Jr. Left to cherish her memory is her son; Jose Luis Gonzalez, daughters; Maria Alvarado, Patricia Humphrey, Carmen Villanueva, and Carla Salinas, and 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sister; Maria Luisa Diaz. Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd. Chapel Service be held Wednesday , January 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn followed by an Interment at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
