Cesar falleció luego de su esposa: Obdulia Cepeda †; su hijo: Abdiel Cepeda †.

Una visitation para Cesar se realizará el Jueves, Agosto 1, 2024 desde las 12:00 pm hasta las 9:00 pm con un servicio de oración a las 6:00 pm en Capilla de Paz, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
