

Domitilo was a Post-World War II veteran. He was employed at Brownsville Navigation District for 39 years, also known as “Dave”. Our father was very devoted and always made sure that his family was taken care of. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and loved him.
Mr. Castillo is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita S. Castillo; son, David S. Castillo; daughter, Leticia Castillo; and his parents, Herman Castillo and Guadalupe Z. Castillo (Zavala).
Domitilo is survived by his five children, Minerva (Antonio) Puente, Anita (Justino) Fonseca, Edward (Virginia) Castillo, Cynthia (Martin) Tovar, and Bernice (David) Robles; 20 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and his brother, Estevan Z. Castillo.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 10:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary to be conducted at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Mass will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 at 10:00a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church (2255 Southmost Rd.), followed by committal service at Buena Vista Burial Park.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Antonio Puente Jr., Justin Fonseca, Eddie Castillo, Joshua Tovar, Michael Robles, and Nicole Robles.
Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Javier Puente, Gabriel Puente, Brian Castillo, Christopher Castillo, Michael Rivas, and David Castillo.
