Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Garcia Noriega and Martha L. Garcia.
He is survived by his loving wife, Josefina Garcia; son, Efrain Garcia, Jr.; daughters, Martha Guerrero, Maria De Los Angeles Castro, Sandra Rivera and Claudia Garcia; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; brother, Antonio Garcia and sister, Modesta Noriega de la Rosa.
Visitation will be held from 1 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 with a Rosary at 7 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel services will be held at 12 pm Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
