Born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico., Mrs Rubiano Lived on the Texas-Mexico border all her life.
Mrs. Rubiano is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Miguel A. Rubiano.
Mrs. Rubiano is survived by her three sons; Julio Cesar (Nancy) Rubiano, Houston, Texas, children Amanda, Lisa and Mia- Romeo (Maricela) Rubiano, Brownsville, Texas, children Romeo Ryan and Juliet- Bolivar (Lynn) Rubiano, Taunton, Massachusetts; children Jason, Eric and Boley.
Funeral Service will take place at 12:00pm Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Brownsville. Iterment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
