She is preceded in death by her parents, J. Jesus Figueroa and Maria Muñoz; grandchildren, Luis M. Gaytan and Mario Lopez.

Mrs. Lopez is survived by her 11 children, Agustine (Anatolia) Lopez, J. Jesus (Ymelda) Lopez , Jose (Eva) Lopez, Carmen (Javier) Infante, Consuelo (Gabriel) Vargas, Maria de Jesus (Hector) Sanchez, Alejandro (Ofelia) Lopez, Faustino (Ruth) Lopez Jr., Aurora (Rolando) Gaytan, Sarah (Javier) Sanchez, Elvira (Armando) Galarza; brother, Guadalupe Figueroa; 36 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 3pm to 9pm Sunday, March 18, 2012. A second visitation will be held today Monday, March 19, 2012 from 3pm to 9pm, with the Holy Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

A Mass will be held at 10am on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Brownsville, Texas with a committal service to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rene Lopez, Joe Villegas, Omar Villegas, Eduardo Vargas, Alejandro Lopez Jr. and Rolando Javier Gaytan Jr.
