He was preceded in death by his parents Amado G. Calzada and Consuelo Tovar Calzada.
Mr. Calzada is survived by his loving wife, Matilde Montes Calzada; daughters, Maria M.(Robert) King, Ernestina (Glenn) Ramey, Graciela (Robert) Acres, Consuelo (Jorge) Mejorado, Manuela Moore,and Leticia (Albert) Amador; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grand children, and 1 great great- grand child.
Visitation will be held from 1 pm to 9pm on Sunday January 01, 2012 with a holy rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10am on Monday, January 02, 2012 with a committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
Pallbearers serving will be; Victor Ernesto Tovar, Fortunato Tovar, Teodulo Reyna, Alvaro Reyna Jr., Gilbert Calzada Jr. and Joe Calzada.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for the Devine Mercy Catholic Church Bldg. Fund.
