Felipe Gallegos

Felipe had a special love for gardening. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, planting, caring for his plants, and watching his garden grow. Gardening brought him happiness and peace, and he took great pride in the beauty he created with his own hands.

He is survived by his loving wife Elena of 55 years. His greatest joy were his children, Sandra, Maribel, and Felipe. He was a loving and caring father who worked hard to provide for his family and was always there for the people he loved. His children will forever carry the lessons, love, and memories he gave them.

Felipe also welcomed Jose and Jaime, his sons-in-law, and Stephanie, his daughter-in-law, as cherished members of his family. He was grateful for the love and support they brought to the family he treasured so much.

Being a grandfather was another special part of Felipe’s life. He was blessed with eight grandchildren: Jasmine, Briana, Leslie, Cassandra, Axel, Dean, Julian, and Mia. Each of them held a special place in his heart. He was proud to watch them grow and create memories with them that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Felipe was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Luke. They brought an extra special joy to his life, and he cherished being able to see the love of his family continue into another generation.

He was a devoted and caring man who treasures every moment spent with his loved ones. He leaves behind a lifetime of beautiful memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, US, on September 25, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. with a Chapel Service from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. and a Rosary at 3:00 pm.

Felipe Gallegos (1944-2026), de 82 años y originario de Guadalajara, México, partió para estar con el Señor el 19 de septiembre de 2026, dejando un legado de lealtad, trabajo arduo y devoción a su familia.

Felipe sentía un amor especial por la jardinería. Disfrutaba pasar tiempo al aire libre plantando, cuidando sus plantas y viendo crecer su jardín. La jardinería le brindaba felicidad y paz, y se sentía muy orgulloso de la belleza que creaba con sus propias manos.

Le sobrevive su amada esposa Elena, con quien compartió 55 años de vida. Su mayor alegría fueron sus hijos: Sandra, Maribel y Felipe. Fue un padre cariñoso y atento que trabajó arduamente para mantener a su familia y siempre estuvo presente para sus seres queridos. Sus hijos llevarán siempre consigo las enseñanzas, el amor y los recuerdos que él les brindó.

Felipe también acogió a sus yernos, José y Jaime, y a su nuera, Stephanie, como miembros entrañables de su familia. Agradecía profundamente el amor y el apoyo que ellos aportaban a la familia que él tanto valoraba.

Ser abuelo fue otra faceta especial en la vida de Felipe. Tuvo la bendición de tener ocho nietos: Jasmine, Briana, Leslie, Cassandra, Axel, Dean, Julian y Mia. Cada uno de ellos ocupaba un lugar especial en su corazón. Se sentía orgulloso de verlos crecer y de crear con ellos recuerdos que los acompañarán durante el resto de sus vidas.

Felipe también tuvo la dicha de tener dos bisnietos, Aiden y Luke. Ellos aportaron una alegría muy especial a su vida, y él valoraba profundamente ver cómo el amor de su familia perduraba en una nueva generación.

Fue un hombre dedicado y cariñoso que atesoraba cada momento compartido con sus seres queridos. Deja tras de sí toda una vida de hermosos recuerdos que permanecerán para siempre en los corazones de quienes lo amaron.

La velación se llevará a cabo en Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, EE. UU., el 25 de septiembre de 2026, de 1:00 p. m. a 5:00 p. m. con un servicio de capilla de 1:30 p. m. a 2:30 p. m. y un rosario a partir de las 3:00 p. m..
