Fernando S. Flores, 89, passed away April 13, 2017 in Brownsville, TX. He is preceded in death by his son, daughter, and grandson. Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Consuelo Flores, 4 sons, 2 daughters, 12 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson.
