Was born on April 8, 1950 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. He is preceded in death his parents, Casimiro and Ramona Campos, and his brothers Javier and Alberto Campos.
He proudly retired from the City of Brownsville after 30 years of service. Pancho was happiest when he was out riding his bike, enjoying time with friends, or dancing the night away. He loved listening to music and drinking coffee. He believed in living life to the fullest and didn't believe in strangers, only friends he hadn't met yet. He was a generous soul, caring brother, and loving father.
Survived by siblings; Natividad Campos, Maria Josefina Gonzalez, Alicia Esquivel, Juan Jose Campos, Casimiro Campos Jr. & Jesus Campos, Children; Elisa (Eduardo)Villegas Palomino ; Joe Luis (Elizabeth) Campos ; and Francisco (Christy) Campos Jr., Grandchildren; Janaly, Ramiro Jr., Joseph Angel, MaryJane, Juan Francisco and Mario Alberto.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Rose Lawn, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, TX 78526. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 9:00 AM, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, TX 78526. A burial will occur Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, Tx 78526.
Serving as pallbearers are Joe Luis Campos, Francisco Campos Jr., Joseph Angel Campos, Christopher Magaña, Juan Chavez and Juan O. Campos.
