Frank worked at the Port of Brownsville until retired.

Frank is survived by his wife, Minerva Lopez; his son Frank Lopez Jr.; his son Andrew Lopez; and his daughter Amber Lopez; his brother Henry Lopez Sr. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Frank was preceded in death by his father Fidel Lopez Sr.† and his mother Ofelia Lopez†. his brother Fidel Lopez Jr.†.

A visitation for Frank will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 1:00pm 9:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn, 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, TX. A chapel service will occur Monday, March 7, 2022 at 12:00 PM, 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, TX. Followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Henry Lopez Jr., Jeffrey Hicks, Chris Fierro, Nicanor Garcia, Andrew Lopez Jr. Frank Lopez Jr., Izak Cavazos, and Roberto Alvarez.
