They were preceded in death by Maria Elena Nieto Castillo (†) (Mother), Guadalupe Castillo Sr. (†) (Father), Alma Delia Castillo Mascareñas (†) (Daughter), Guadalupe Castillo III (†) (Son), Yolanda Gonzales (†) (Sister), Elida Hernandez (†) (Sister), Minerva Guerra (†) (Sister), Sylvia Castillo (†) (Sister). They are survived by Irma Segura Castillo (Wife), Odilia Castillo (Daughter), Dora Alicia (Antonio) Reyes (Daughter), Jaime (Maria) Castillo (Son), Elena Bermudez (Sister), Angelica Langley (Sister), Noe Castillo (Brother), Robert Castillo (Brother), 16 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren.
