Hazel Elizabeth Berry

Hazel Elizabeth Berry, 92, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at her residence in Brownsville, Texas surrounded by her family. Born at Baltimore, Maryland moved to New York, relocated to Miami, Florida, retired from Eastern Airlines and spent the rest of her time at South Padre Island.

Hazel is preceded in death by her husband Walter "Sunny" Berry Jr., grandson Craig Berry and Kanika Berry. Left to cherish her memory is her son Reggie (Sylvia) Berry, grandchildren Jose R Amaya Jr., Dinah Michelle (Efrain) Garcia, Joshua M. Berry and 7 great-grandchildren Kaleb Berry, Kohath Berry, Cristian Berry, Kielah Berry, Jonah Garcia, Avah Garcia and Troy Dezmond. We would like to thank Dr. Francis Gumble and Safe Haven Hospice for their excellent care.

Memorial Service on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 5pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista.
