Heberto Lopez

Heberto Lopez, a dedicated employee of El Clavo Lumber, retired at the remarcable age of 86, marking a milestone as the company's oldest employee to retire. With a career spanning 36 years, he served as yard manager and loader, leaving a lasting impact on the company and its colleagues.

Heberto is survived by his wife: Olga Lopez; his children: Thelma Gomez (Francisco Javier), Sergio A. Lopez (Virginia), Claudia L. Arnold (Scott), Edgar H. Lopez (Jabnia) and Michael Lopez (Araceli); his step-children: Sonia Garcia (Javier), Esmeralda Arroyo (Miguel), Veronica Harper (Jeffrey) and Miguel A. Cervantes (Mary); his sister: Macarena Lopez Guevara.

Heberto was preceded in death by his son: Herberto Lopez Castillo †; his parents: Antonia Guevara † and Francisco Lopez †; his brothers: Efrain Lopez Guevara and Francisco Javier Lopez Guevara..

A visitation for Heberto will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7 pm in Chapel of Angels, at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
