Javier Serrato, nació el 12 de marzo de 1987, falleció el 25 de enero de 2026 a la edad de 38 años. Residente de Brownsville, Texas, Javier fue un hombre devoto, generoso, trabajador, humorístico y de buen corazón.

Dedicado a sus tres hijos, Giovanni Serrato, Matteo Serrato y Alessandra Serrato, ellos fueron su vida. Siempre se preocupó y proveyó para ellos. Disfrutaba estar rodeado de amigos y familia, y pasó su vida trayendo alegría a quienes lo conocieron.

Javier era un gran aficionado al fútbol, siendo Club América su equipo favorito. Fiel a su equipo, en las buenas y en las malas, siempre los apoyó. "Ódiame más" era una frase elocuente que usaba para su equipo.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, su padre Nicolas Serrato, su madre Celia Serrato, su hermana Jessica Serrato, su hermano Alejandro Serrato y su abuela Maria E. Gonzalez.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo en la Funeraria Del Angel Roselawn, ubicada en 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, Texas, 78526. La visitación será el 1 de febrero de 2026, comenzando a las 12:00 pm y extendiéndose hasta las 12:00 pm del día siguiente. El rosario tendrá lugar el mismo día de 7:00 pm a 8:00 pm. El servicio de capilla se realizará el 2 de febrero de 2026, de 12:00 pm a 1:00 pm, seguido del sepelio en Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, de 1:00 pm a 2:00 pm.

Javier Serrato, born on March 12, 1987, passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 38. A resident of Brownsville, Texas, Javier was a devoted, generous, hardworking, humorous, and kind-hearted man.

Dedicated to his three children, Giovanni Serrato, Matteo Serrato, and Alessandra Serrato, they were his life. He always cared for and provided for them. He enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family and spent his life bringing joy to those who knew him.

Javier was a great soccer fan, with Club América being his favorite team. Loyal to his team through thick and thin, he always supported them. "Hate me more" was a witty phrase he used for his team.

He is survived by his children, his father Nicolas Serrato, his mother Celia Serrato, his sister Jessica Serrato, his brother Alejandro Serrato, and his grandmother Maria E. Gonzalez.

Funeral services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Roselawn, located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, Texas, 78526. Visitation will be on February 1, 2026, starting at 12:00 pm and extending until 12:00 pm the following day. The rosary will take place the same day from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The chapel service will be held on February 2, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by the burial at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Javier will be remembered for his unconditional love and joyful spirit.
