He was a proud U.S. Army soldier who served 3 tours of Vietnam and was awarded the National Derfense Service Metal. Vietnam Service Metal with 3 Bronce Service Strars, and the republic of Vietnam Caupaigh Metal.
Mr. Phipps is preceded in death by his loving parents, Albert Lee Phipps Sr. and Irma C. O’Neill.
