Joe is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jimenez Flores; daughter Skylar Grace Flores; and step-daughter Victoria Elizabeth Rodriguez; father Thomas Polreis; sister Katherine Amy Flores.
A visitation for Joe will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 11:10 AM, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A burial will occur Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Rio Grande Veterans Cemetery, 2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, Texas 78572.
