Jorge joined the Marine Corps in San Diego, California, and was stationed in Japan and Hawaii. Jorge loved cars, drifting, skateboarding, surfing and drinking with his friends. Jorge leaves several friends and extended family members in Indiana, which he dearly loved. A special appreciation goes out to Rick and Dixie Hoffman that treated him like a son.
He is preceded in death by his aunt: Sylvia Nuñez, uncle: Albert Knowles, grandmother: Bartola Moreno, and aunt: “Gina” Georgina Knowles
Left to cherish his memory are his parents: Margaret Dorado and Cresenciano Vega, sister: Diane L. Fricks-Garcia, 2 nieces: Andrea M. Garcia and Sarah A. Garcia, and numerous Cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista from 11am to 10pm with a Rosary at 7pm.
Chapel service will take place on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista at 1pm followed by committal service at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
