Joe managed Riverview Golf Course at Fort Brown. He worked at Cardenas Motors, All Star Motors and was currently managing The Driving Range. His passion was playing and instructing golf. He also enjoyed playing his keyboards.
He is preceded in death by his parents Rolando Garza† and Maria Guzman Garza†. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy Belinda Garcia, siblings; Alfredo Garcia, Rolando Garza, Eddie Garza and Terry Longoria.
He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces.
Pallbearers will be Rocky Lopez, Chris Lopez Jose A. Lopez, Celso Medina, Johnny Solis and Jay Toro. Honorary pallbearers will be Alfredo Garcia, Roland Garza and Eddie Garza.
Visitation will be Monday, January 31, 2022 from 1pm - 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm in Chapel of Peace. A chapel service will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 10am in Chapel of Peace followed by a burial in Buena Vista Burial Park.
