My deepest condolences to the Perales Family on the death of your husband and father.

I met Mr. Perales during my first year of teaching in 1978 when he was an assistant principal at Garden Park Elementary. He was nice individual and gentleman to all. After his retirement from the school district I would occasionally encounter Juan substituting at Perez Elementary and at Victoria Heights Elementary and we would have brief conversations on campus and I was amazed how youthful he looked and that he continued to have his gentleman-like demeanor. My last encounter/conversation with Juan was at Hanna High School in January 2020where we were both substituting in our retirement and as usual, Juan was polite and always the gentleman. I will miss my occasional encounters with Juan (Mr. Perales).

May God rest his soul and give comfort and peace to his family.

Our sincere condolences, love and hugs going up to my Tia Estela and my cousins Cristela and Juan Antonio on the loss of Tio Juan. I have such fond memories of his visits with us when y’all would drive-through and stop in Zapata and our family vacations while we were growing up . I always said my Tio was quite a character. He will surely be missed. I’m sure he’s up there now making Wela, Welo, Tios David, Arnoldo and Julian and my daddy laugh. May he Rest In Peace. We love you all ❤️🙏🏼
