Ludivina Xochicale

Born on March 3, 1935, Ludivina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She is preceded in death by her husband, Enrique Xochicale, and her daughters, Sonia Rodriguez and Norma Alvear.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Elizabeth C. Martinez, Griselda Cruz, Rene Cruz, Ludivina Martinez, and Yvonne Xochicale; as well as 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and extended family. A devoted Jehovah's Witness, she found great joy in spending time with her family and was deeply loved by many.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, US, on July 20, 2026, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a Talk at 7:00 pm.

A burial will be held at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, US, on July 21, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Serving as pallbearers are Albert Martinez, Armando Rodriguez, Conrad Espinosa, Jacob Vazquez, Jay Cruz, and Rene Martinez. Serving as honorary pallbearer is Rene Cruz.
